So what are EMF's and why have I written a blog post about them?

Does it really matter that you know and how important is it that you do?

Although this is not an easy topic for some, I'm going to attempt to break it down in order

to better share with you my research results.

So lets get started:

What are EMF's?

This stands for ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS!

Although, you might see the terminology ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCIES!

Electrical AND magnetic fields are produced from anything operating from an

electrical source.

This is of mostly comprising of invisible radiation (see diagram below)

The ELECTROMAGNETIC SPECTRUM:

This covers all the possible frequencies of electromagnetic energy

It covers everything from radio waves to gamma rays

We obviously need to know which of these can harm us and how right?

This is where we get into a very complicated minefield of misinformation

We must be open minded enough to consider, that current information on the health effects

of EMF's on our bodies, no longer has credible standing and must be reviewed.

Basically we are told this:

Non-Ionizing Radiation (SAFE)
  • Long Wavelengths
  • Low Frequencies
  • Low Level Radiation
  • Often referred to as Low Frequency EMF's (LF-EMF's)
  • Non-Ionizing = Low Risk to humans

Some examples:

  • Microwave Ovens
  • Computers
  • Blue Tooth Devices
  • Powerlines
  • Cell Phones
  • Wi-Fi Routers
  • Smart Meters
Ionising Radiation (UNSAFE)
  • Short Wavelengths
  • High Frequencies
  • High Level Radiation
  • Often referred to as High Frequency EMF's (HF-EMF's)
  • Ionising Radiation = High Risk to humans i.e. cellular/DNA damage

Some examples:

  • Ultraviolet (UV)
  • X-Rays
  • Gamma Rays
In a nutshell then:

Government Health Bodies and Manufacturing Companies are telling us:

  • Non-Ionising Radiation is safe and poses little or no risk to humans
  • Prolonged use of mobile phones is not linked to adverse human health problems
  • Prolonged exposure to overhead power lines and pylons pose little or no risk
  • Prolonged exposure to 4G/5G Cell Towers pose little or no risk to health

Although my research into this subject has been extensive, I would in no way shape or

form class myself as an expert in this field (pardon the pun).

However, having recently gone through the Covid-19 pandemic and all the lies we were

exposed to during this time, my distrust for the establishment and companies with no

moral or ethical compass has few limits.

Consider this:

For 99 years..........................we were told Asbestos was perfectly safe

For 60 years..........................we were told Trans Fats were perfectly safe

For 50 years..........................we were told Smoking was perfectly safe

Also consider:

Our earth is electrical in nature and as humans we function electrically.

The human electrical system, especially the heart and brain, is extremely delicate in

nature and can easily be affected/disrupted by external electromagnetic frequencies.

There is ample evidence and many examples of peoples lives and health being affected

by LF-EMF exposure, then on removal of the source, their lives return to normal and EMF

exposure symptoms cease.

At present, there is a lack of long term study evidence to suggest that LF-EMF’s are safe

and do not detrimentally affect our health and wellbeing.

However, there is now increasing impartial/independent epidemiological studies being

carried out producing irrefutable, undisputable evidence of the detrimental health effects

from LF-EMF’s on the human population which cannot continue to be ignored.

There is an increasing number of studies showing that the general public are experiencing

a wide range of biological and neurological symptoms when exposed to prolonged

LF-EMF radiation that are not experienced by people who are not so exposed.

MY STORY:

Over 3 years ago, I, like many of you, would settle down in front of the TV almost every

night and gorge on whatever came out of the rectangular box. My viewing would start at

approximately 6 – 6.30 pm and culminate in me switching it off for bed around 9.30 ish,

with viewing hours being significantly increased at weekends.

I had recently purchased two household electrical items, after which, (very shortly after),

I started noticing EMF exposure symptoms. At the time, I was blissfully unaware of the link

between the newly emitting EMF Radiation and my ill health.

The items were a brand new mobile phone AND a cordless phone to replace the hardwired

landline appliance. Keeping up with the Jones's and thinking I was clever, I forked out for

the best I could afford at the time, in other words, the newest and most powerful models.

If you can picture this: I would be sitting on the recliner, my mobile phone on the armchair

immediately to my right hand side, the cordless phone on the shelf, also

at my right hand side (in very close proximity), AND the wi-fi router sitting on the computer,

in the next room, also directly on my right hand side. Although there was a stud partition wall

between myself and the computer, this makes virtually no difference to the EMF exposure I

was being subjected to from the router alone.

I was sitting for hours at a time, with a mobile phone, cordless phone set and Wi-Fi Router,

all in line, zapping my head and body with EMF radiation and never gave it a thought.

As you can well imagine, it was only a matter of days before I started experiencing the

symptoms. It started with headaches, and bouts of light headedness, but soon developed

into severe sinus pains, feeling nauseas, while my sleep patterns were being significantly

disrupted.

I was waking up with the same migraine I had gone to bed with. I was going to work

absolutely shattered and had no idea why this was happening to me.

This literally went on for months, then the symptoms and pain started to increase, with the

most severe sinus pain I had every experienced in my life. I had to solve this before I went

insane: and that is no exaggeration.

I knew I had no allergies and generally I was in very good health. My food intake was very

good, with little or no sugar being consumed and my diet consisted of mainly eating good

quality, highly nutritious foods.

So I started to research, and almost immediately discovered the EMF phenomenon! Everywhere

I had previously looked, which included the usual suspects: Google, UK GOV.UK, The NHS,

Public Health England, World Health Organisation (WHO), Cancer Research etc etc etc ALL

confidently informed me that usage, even prolonged usage of my mobile phone did not

increase my risks to cancer, headaches, nausea, sinusitis, depression, sleep disorders,

migraines, leukaemia and any of the current symptoms I was suffering from.

I then started looking at alternative sources of information. It became abundantly evident

that for every piece of information out there excluding EMF's as a risk factor, there were

others saying the complete opposite.

So who and what did I believe? Who is telling the truth? There's only one way to find out right?

So I started to experiment, and my first port of call was, you've guessed it, my mobile phone,

cordless phone set and Wi-Fi Router.

I went for the kill and decided to go all out and hit all three appliances at once.

Things had become that bad, I wasn't going to mess around.

I went for the REMOVE and/or REDUCE methodology:

  • I made a pouch for my phone from EMF shielding cloth I bought from Amazon
  • I ditched my cordless phone set and reverted back to the hardwired landline
  • I covered my router in the same EMF shielding cloth I used for my phone

Just a quick note before you start thinking at that point I had no signal to both my

router and cell phone. The cloth only reduces the amount of radiation generated by

4G/5G appliances to a much lower and therefore, much safer level. It doesn't

completely block off the signal.

I am not trying to sell you anything here, I am just making you aware of the results of my

research and what worked for me, and boy did it work. I was well impressed.

I am not exaggerating when I tell you the symptoms disappeared virtually overnight.

It was a complete gamechanger for me. I had my life back to normal, it really did feel

that good. To no longer suffer from those excruciating migraines and overwhelming

sinusitis conditions was absolutely priceless.

For me, this was irrefutable proof that LF-EMF's were the sole cause of my symptoms!

I was now deep into the EMF rabbit hole, so I thought I would go further, so further I went,

MUCH further. It eventually got too complicated for my little brain, although, by that time,

I was confident I knew enough.

On average, in the developed world, the average human is subjected to ~10hrs LF-EMF

exposure daily. This is a 10hr bombardment of our bodies sensitive electrical system,

especially the heart and brain.

Although we aren't sure how much, we do know our bodies absorb some of this

electromagnetic radiation, and when you throw this is in with the millions of electrical

impulses going on in our bodies every minute, there must surely be a consequence?

When you consider the sheer volume of new evidence from recent studies, clearly

showing an irrefutable link between LF-EMF exposure and adverse health effects to

the human body it seems strange, if not frustrating this is being ignored by Governments,

Health Bodies & Manufacturers alike.

As hard as I tried, every single study I researched telling us LF-EMF exposure was safe

and had no adverse health effects was funded by guess who? Yes, the industry itself!!

This is not therefore unbiased, independent information and is blatantly disingenuous

at best.

Another telling piece of information came to my attention quite early on during my

research. I looked at regulations in the USA, France, Germany, the UK & Ireland, and I

found the very same dubious theme.

All the regulations setting out safe LF-EMF exposure limit levels were based on science

20 years old. If you don't believe me check it out yourself. The scientific evidence used

in order to set these "safe" levels are based on biased research completed

well before 4G was born. Wi-Fi routers were operating then at frequency strengths

nearly a 10th of present speeds and mobile phones were of Flintstone standards.

These regulations were also based on a very primitive concept:

That if radiation doesn't heat up the body, then it cant harm us!!

We now know this to be untrue, with ample evidence proving the complete opposite.

If you want to know what is planned for us, please check out the World Economic Forum

website and look for "The Internet of Things". If you buy into the fact that prolonged

exposure to LF-EMF's is detrimental to our health and wellbeing, then be prepared to

be shocked when you look at their site.

This is taken directly from their website:

"The Internet of Things, or “IoT,” surrounds us with networks of smart,

web-connected devices and services capable of sensing, interconnecting,

inferring, and acting".

Basically, this covers everything which can collect data, send out signals, talk to

each other, communicate with other systems, you get the picture right?

Some examples:

  • Smart meters
  • Fitness Watches
  • Cell Phones (Smart Phones)
  • Car Computers
  • Thermostats
  • Lights
  • Alexa
  • Refrigerators
  • Smart Mirrors (believe it or not)
  • Water Heaters
  • Smoke Alarms
  • And many more

To some, The Internet Of Things is a fantastic, marvellous idea, and one which should

be supported and encouraged.

I strongly disagree!!!!

Lets take "Smart Homes" for example. These already exist by the way. In these homes

you can automatically have the curtains opened, coffee machine started, dishwasher

and washing machine operated etc etc etc.

This is all done through W-Fi with the use of "General Devices" & "Sensing Devices"

both of which transmit signals through a central processing unit. If you incorporate

5G technology into this equation I would not like to be within 200 yards of this house

and its  EMF smog.

It would be comparable to living inside a microwave oven.

So lets look at some things individually now:

5G:

This stands for 5th Generation Wi-Fi Network Technology.

When the 1st generation phones were born, it was talk only. Then came along texting,

photos and videoing, and now we can connect our phones to other smart devices in

the comfort of our smart homes and download a full movie in seconds while listening

to music on our smart ear buds.

So what's different?

  • Frequency Range is in millimetre (mm) waves
  • Latency is > 1 millisecond
  • Download speeds of 10 GBps (GigaBytes/second)
  • Shorter range but more powerful signal (10x that of 4G)
  • Directional Phased Antennas
  • Required technology for implementation of "The Internet of Things"

So what's the problem?

The first thing you need to remember is, 5G is NOT just about smart phones!

This is ALL about "The Internet of Things", machine to machine communication,

and many more wireless appliances, significantly raising the overall environmental

radiation levels. The very environment we live and sleep in.

Every single wireless appliance we add to the system, raises the environmental

radiation levels required to power them. Because the 5G signal is shorter, more masts

are required. This is why your seeing them pop up on street corners, at schools

and even outside bedroom windows on estates across the country.

Also consider that new masts being erected not only carry 5G transmission, but also

incorporate 2, 3, & 4G frequencies. Yes, 5G is ADDITIONAL to this, raising the

environmental radiation to unprecedented levels never imagined only a few

decades ago.

But wait, there are even more problems with the 5G phenomenon

  • Phone battery lives are, on average, halved
  • 5G makes lots of older phones obsolete
  • More expensive
  • Very poor rurally

Go to an established 5G mast and have a look around. Look for signs of life, and

observe birds and how they act in the immediate area.  Look at plant life in the

immediate vicinity and take note of its general health and wellbeing.

Remember: This is NOT just about smart phones anymore!!

A few last things to consider before we move on:

  • There was never any pre-market safety testing on 5G prior to its rollout
  • This is the largest experiment carried out involving humans.............ever
  • There is no unbiased monitoring being carried out by the manufacturers
  • EU statement: "Health effects of 5G are PROBABLY carcinogenic" (small print)
  • WHO statement: "Cell phones may cause cancer" (small print)
  • 6G is already being tested in China
  • Plans for 7G are well advanced at the time of this blog being written

Ionising Radiation:

We are being reliably informed that the ONLY radiation we need to be concerned

with is that of the IONISING kind! Although these frequencies involve UV, X Ray

& Gamma Rays, we are going to concentrate on The Sun (Ultraviolet Light, UV).

As stated earlier in the blog, this is shorter wavelength, higher in both

frequency and energy.

This is the radiation which ionises, damages and kills cells i.e.

harmful to health.

Two important things to remember here:

  1. Ionising Radiation does NOT include 5G, smart phones, smart meters

             and Wi-Fi routers. These are deemed SAFE.   REALLY????

  1. If radiation doesn't heat up the body, then it cant harm us!!

            REALLY????

Ultraviolet Light (UV):

So, if we refer back to our Electro Magnetic Spectrum diagram earlier, we see

that Ultraviolet Light (UV) is the start of what is classed as Ionising Radiation.

Therefore, according to the spectrum, this is where we move into the radiation

wavelengths which are harmful to health.

To complicate things even more (sorry), we have to understand that UV

radiation is made from UVA & UVB rays. There are differences, but again, we

will keep it simple:

UVA:

  • Penetrates deeper into the skin than UVB
  • Higher wavelengths
  • Lower energy levels
  • Does not produce Vitamin D

UVB:

  • Damages the outer most layers of the skin
  • Shorter wave lengths
  • Higher energy levels
  • Required for Vitamin D production

The sun is obviously the most natural form of UV light and the one we should

be striving for above all others.

We also get exposure from other (artificial) sources too, i.e. sun beds,

fluorescent lights, mercury vapour lighting, incandescent lights and some

halogen lamps.

The bad news is, over exposure to UV radiation can lead to the rays penetrating

deeper into the skin layers, which in turn, damages our skin DNA. Continued

exposure can cause cells to start growing out of control, which can lead to

skin cancer.

When we consider tanning beds, the UV energy from these is far more

concentrated and higher than than you get from the sun. Tanning beds are

typically 95% UVA too, which is definitely not a good thing.

Overexposure to concentrated UVA light like this not only leads to

premature aging of the skin, but can easily go on to develop into cancer. There

is more than enough evidence of this now and people should me made more

aware of the risks when using this equipment.

Before we go onto the good news, lets tackle the elephant in the room!

Sun screen lotions:

Following my research, I will never, ever use sun screen lotion again. I was

gobsmacked at what I found, and how little information people are given

prior to using these creams.

You have to bear in mind that some countries ban certain chemicals from these

creams and lotions, however, I still found evidence of certain chemicals being in

creams they shouldn't be.

So here is what I found. These are the worst and most toxic offenders found in

sun screen lotions that were available at the time of my research:

AVOBENZONE:

  • Endocrine disruptor
  • Interferes with hormone functions
  • Carcinogenic

OXYBENZONE:

  • Classed as an irritant
  • Effects oestrogen & testosterone production

OCTOCRYLENE:

  • Can promote the production of free radicals
  • Damages DNA

HOMOSALATE:

  • Tests prove cancer cells grow 3.5 times faster when exposed to this
  • Significantly absorbs UVB (the best form of UV)

OCTISALATE:

  • Lots of contradicting information about this chemical
  • Struggled to find anything of major concern regarding health risks

OCTINOXATE:

  • Antiandrogenic
  • Damages reproductive organs

Sun screen lotions containing these nasties are classed as chemical lotions and

work on the principle of absorbing the UV rays as they enter the skin. However,

we must never forget that whatever you put on your skin, your body will absorb.

Blood testing has been unavoidably conclusive about this subject. These

chemicals are absorbed into and through the skin and then passed into the blood.

I'm not an expert, however, a basic understanding of the human body and what is

toxic to it, tells you this isn't good, and it wont end well for many people.

So what's the good news about the sun? It cant all be bad right?

The best advice I have found on exposure to the suns UV rays:

GET AS MUCH EXPSOURE TO THE SUN AS YOU CAN,
WITHOUT THE SUNBURN!!

Good, pragmatic, sensible advice doesn't come much better than this.

Throw away those toxic lotions and trust nature. Go out and enjoy the sun, get

your kit off and get as much exposure as you can. However,

before burning, cover up.

Lets look as some basic facts to finish this section off:

  • We need UVB radiation for the production of Vitamin D
  • Sun Screen lotions can and will prevent Vitamin D production
  • Light is food, it is good for you in so many ways
  • UV from the sun reduces inflammation
  • The sun needs to hit the retina (in the eye), which in turn helps Serotonin

            production (the feel good hormone). So take those shades off for a while

  • The sun helps set our circadian rhythms (when to sleep and when to be

            awake).

  • The sun reduces Melatonin (the sleep hormone): yes, it wakes you up
  • UV light from the sun is also antibacterial (wounds heal faster in sunny

            climates)

  • UV light from the sun increases resistance to infection
  • The suns rays also inhibit Tetanus, Typhoid, Strep A & TB
  • UV light is excellent for reducing pain, and don't forget it's wound healing

            properties.

CELL PHONES:

Apart from the EMF radiation damage, I hate these for so many other reasons.

We are now a world of walking phone zombies. I have almost drove over people

when they walked into the road whilst busy on their phone, totally unaware of where

they are.

So many people are completely addicted to their phones, and children are the

worst by a country mile. Its actually not a phone addiction, its a Dopamine addiction.

As you know from my previous blog posts, Dopamine is a "feel good" hormone, but it

acts in another way too.

When you get a "hit" as in a text from a loved one, a big score on a cell phone game

your playing on, or just a website you might be addicted to, Dopamine is the hormone

which makes you want more. It excites you to keep getting hits until your completely

addicted and cant go without it. This is what phone zombies are addicted to.

People just cant and wont leave their mobile phone behind and try go a little while

without it, they just cant. Its called No Mobile Phone Phobia (NOMOPHOBIA). I just

made that slogan up by the way, I should maybe patent it.

Seriously though, there is a VERY mixed message being portrayed regarding the risks

to health from mobile phone usage.

Lets start with some quotes on the subject, however, I must remind you, these are

buried deep in their websites, and would be classed as very small print.

World Health Organisation

  • Cell phones are probably carcinogenic to humans

International Agency for research on Cancer

  • Cell phones are probably carcinogenic to humans

National Institutes of Health

  • Cellular phone use of 10 or more years doubled the risk of brain tumours in

            11 epidemiologic studies

Lets just remind ourselves what government health bodies & manufacturers are

telling us.

Cell phones produce Non-Ionising Radiation which means they pose no risk to

health and do not cause cancers. REALLY????

To understand what the issues really are, we need to be aware how a mobile phone

works and what it actually does.

  • They are basically 2 way microwave radios
  • They send out a digital, pulsed signal
  • They are constantly searching for the nearest 4/5G antenna
  • The further away the antenna, the stronger the search signal emitted

Although classed as Non-Ionising, lets look at some research/study results:

  • Placing a cell phone in a mans trouser/shorts pocket renders the sperm

            30 - 40% more inactive after only 1 minute.

  • Irrefutable links between testicular/breast cancers and cell phone usage.
  • Tumours have been found very localised to cell phones placed in men's

            trousers/shorts and women's sports bras.

  • Cell membrane and blood/brain barrier damage found very localised to where

            the phone is held when taking a call.

  • Animal tests have inconclusively found cell damage and cancers to the brain,

            eyes, liver and skin when exposed to cell phone radiation.

From personal experience, I know 100% that EMF radiation from household appliances

does affect human health and well being. I have absolutely no doubt of this, and feel

completely confident to challenge any cell phone manufacturer to prove otherwise.

So, what can we do? There are several things you can immediately put into practice

to drastically reduce and control your exposure to EMF radiation from your cell phone.

  • When dialling or taking a call, place it on "speaker"
  • Never hold the phone to your head
  • Switch it off when you don't need it, or at least place on "flight mode"
  • Make a pouch for your phone from EMF blocking cloth
  • Keep conversations to a minimum when you can
  • Distance is your friend, the further away, the better
  • Don't keep a fully switched on phone in your pocket or sports bra
  • Don't keep the phone beside you when sleeping

Routers, microwaves, cordless phones, Wi-Fi headsets, speakers
and Smart Meters:

I think you get the gist by now, so lets clump together the remaining offenders, go

through the concerns and possible solutions.

Anything, absolutely anything utilising Wi-Fi/5G technology and subsequent frequencies

has a potential risk to both your health and wellbeing.

They all add to the radiation smog in your home and are constantly searching out the

strongest possible signal source, then emitting their frequency as efficiently and as

powerfully as possible.

Technology is amazing and has many many benefits. Smart appliances have allowed

you to do so many things, at incredible speeds, making your life easier and faster but I

guarantee you, in future, there is a very heavy price to pay for all this convenience.

Take your computer Wi-Fi router for example. You could take a major step in your EMF

reduction by simply connecting up your main computer by cable and omit the Wi-Fi

completely. A computer "hard wired in" rather than using Wi-Fi works faster anyway.

I have ditched my microwave oven and now revert to using my electric hob. You

soon realise how little you actually need a microwave when you haven't one to go to.

If you do keep one, there are things you should ensure prior to using it though.

Because the oven is effectively a Faraday Cage, the main leakage point is the door

and its seal. To prevent radiation leakage, always make sure the seal area inside the

door is clean and free from grease and food. The hinges and latch should be in good

working order to, so that the door can close and seal properly.

Seriously consider ditching the cordless phone for a hardwired version. You would be

amazed at how much radiation is emitted from the base! It is actually one of the worst

offenders in your home.

Apart from phone zombies, the next most popular thing you see in the streets now is

people walking around with the wireless headphones and earbuds. Because this

technology is very recent, it will be a very long time before any reliable results are

released regarding any possible health risks to people using them.

Although information regarding health risks at the moment is limited, there are some

things which should already be ringing the alarm bells:

  • They operate utilising Wi-Fi/5G technology
  • They do emit EMF frequency waves
  • There is one in each ear with your brain in between
  • Your head and brain is fully absorbing the radiation being emitted
  • They also cover and block off the ear canal
  • This prevents any moisture build up from escaping or evaporating
  • This in time, will lead to ear infections

Personally, I'm opting out of wireless earbuds, no matter how cool they look.

Now we come to smart meters.

I strongly believe Smart Meters will leave a very bad, long lasting legacy. Although

the safe limits threshold for EMF radiation exposure is wide and very varied depending

on which country you look at, Smart Meters pump out way in excess of anything

deemed safe.

Remember: EMF radiation safe limits are based on 20 year old science!!

Again, I'm not talking about short term exposures while briefly walking past the smart

meter as you cook in the kitchen. What I, and you should be concerned with, is

chronic, long term exposure from a resident smart meter, attached to your wall constantly

irradiating the house inhabitants, even while you sleep.

Think about it like this. In your home, you probably already have multiple I-phones, laptops,

a smart TV, a router and depending on ages, a gaming console etc. The EMF smog in your

house is already insanely high, so why the hell would you want to add an additional device

which pumps out more EMF radiation than most of your devices combined?

As with ear buds, I think I will take a rain check on Smart Meters. If your in doubt, just talk

to people who have already had them installed. That's exactly what I did prior to writing this

blog post.

Here is a list of health issues people started complaining about shortly after

having their Smart Meters installed:

  • Headaches
  • Depression/Anxiety
  • Sleeping Problems
  • Visual Impairment
  • Chest Pains
  • Blood Pressure Changes

Summary:

There is a growing body of evidence suggesting exposure to Non-Ionising Radiation

comes with some significant risks to our health and wellbeing. Every single independent

report I studied as part of this blog research was peer reviewed, validated, unbiased

and as far as I could see, genuine.

The studies presented to the general population by the energy and manufacturing

companies trying to sell you these appliances, are generally not unbiased, certainly

not independent and almost always funded with gainer function in mind.

I am certainly no advocating ditching the modern way of life, applying a tin foil hat and

moving into a cave. However, I am suggesting you carry out some logical, critical

thinking on the subject, based on unbiased, common sense information.

There is just too much evidence now suggesting what we are being told can no

longer be accepted without question. Right now, many people are unknowingly

suffering the health effects of EMF exposure in their daily lives, how are you feeling?

Solutions:

Applying some very easy, basic practices can and will significantly reduce your risks

when living with and operating these appliances. Even if your not sure there is a risk,

why wouldn't you want to err on the side of caution if all it meant was a few insignificant

tweaks to your day to day activities? Its surely a no brainer?!

Here are some suggestions:

  • Ditch the cordless landline and go back to the hardwired type
  • Failing this, place the phone base in a remote part of the house
  • Cover your router in EMF blocking cloth (it will still work, trust me)
  • Go to hardwired appliances where you can instead of Wi-Fi
  • Keep all Wi-Fi appliances in the remotest part of your house
  • Distance and shielding are your friends against 5G and Wi-Fi
  • Ditch the blue tooth/cordless earphones and go back to wired up types
  • Keep your bedroom clear of all Wi-Fi appliances, or at least switch them off
  • Ditch the microwave oven and go back to the hob
  • If you do use one, keep it clean and make sure your distanced when its in use.
  • Manage the time you spend being exposed to EMF's, especially children
  • Always have your cell phone on speaker when making calls
  • When out and about, keep phones away from testicles and breasts
  • Utilise EMF blocking/shielding materials when and where possible

Final Word:

As humans, we are a very delicate, electrical creation. Any interference of this system

from an external electromagnetic radiation source can have serious, long lasting health

effects and must be thought about seriously.

The ever growing, ever more powerful Electromagnetic Radiation Frequencies we are

being subjected to does not bode well for our future health and well being.
