What Really Makes You Ill

Germ Theory Debunked

So what is "Germ Theory", and if I'm suggesting this is now debunked, is there an alternative?

Yes, there certainly is an alternative, and its called "Terrain Theory". Although, for legal reasons I must now

state my disclaimer by telling you that I am not a doctor, I'm not suggesting you swap or ignore your doctors

advice over mine, or even that you do not attend your local GP surgery if you feel you need to.

However, what I'm going to do in this post, is simply present some very obvious facts, supported and

underpinned by verified and peer reviewed evidence to strongly suggest that Terrain Theory is far closer to

the truth than Germ Theory could ever be!!

This post will be painful for some people to read, and uncomfortable for others, at best. All I suggest is, that

you read the post with an open mind, then try to form a balanced, well informed opinion at the end. You might

even ask yourselves, does it even matter which you believe in, and everyone should be free to just make up

their own minds?!?

I totally agree, BUT, the argument for either theory within the mainstream media, public domain, big pharma

and their supporting scientists and almost every national and international health institution is totally biased

towards Germ Theory. Its certainly not a fair playing field.

There is a really good reason for this, which, I promise you, if you keep your mind open as you go through

the post, all will be revealed.

In order to form a balanced opinion, you obviously need the full story:

"Enlightenment about the real causes and true necessities for prevention and cure of illnesses"

So lets get started with some definitions:

GERM THEORY:

This is a scientific theory which proposes that diseases are caused by microorganisms, primarily bacteria,

pathogens and viruses.

The central idea behind this theory, is that germs can invade a body, such as humans, multiply, and then

cause infectious diseases, which can then be passed onto others and make them ill, or worse!

TERRAIN THEORY:

On the other hand, this theory suggests that the internal and external environment or terrain of the body plays

a crucial role in determining whether pathogens can cause disease.

Instead of focusing solely on the invading microorganisms, Terrain Theory emphasizes the importance of the overall

health and balance of the body's internal/external environment, i.e. how healthy your mind/body and external

environment are will determine if disease occurs.

In essence, Germ Theory attributes illness and diseases to invading germs such as bacteria and pathogens,

whereas, Terrain Theory emphasises the health and wellness of the mind and body as the determining factor.

Let me explain it another way, and the simplest analogy I could find as I was doing my research into the subject.

Lets take a goldfish, place it in a bowl and keep it as a pet. Then the fish becomes ill.

Now lets take a look at how each theory would kick into action, and hopefully cure the poor fish.

Germ Theory:

This would assume that the illness was caused by an invading pathogen/bacteria like germs, and

the ensuing treatment would involve some sort of medicine, maybe tablets, potions or injections.

The said treatment would then, in theory, kill off, eradicate and help the body to eject the invader.

Terrain Theory:

Now we are going to take a close look at the overall health of the fish and its local environment.

There is no arguing that the fish is ill, however, Terrain Theory takes an holistic approach to curing

the fish, and considers factors such as nutrition, lifestyle, stress factors, the strength of the immune

system, and vitally, the cleanliness of its environment (the water it swims and breaths in).

Rather than utilising medicines, Terrain Theory would suggest feeding the fish a healthy, natural

diet and ensure its water is kept clean and clear of harmful poisons such as chlorine, fluoride &

heavy metals.

In a nutshell, Terrain Theory believes that a healthy mind and body, strong immune system,

nutritious & healthy food and water intake and a clean environment can help the body to resist

and recover from infections of poisons and toxins.

Of course, this is not what we are told all the way through school, college, university & life.

When you feel ill and visit your doctor, his diagnosis, advice, and any recommended vaccinations,

antibiotics, and other medical interventions are all based on the principles of germ theory.

Just take note the next time you visit your GP, and ill make a wager with you right now that Terrain

Theory is not factored into the conversation, at all!!

Before we move on, lets clear up the main issue.

Although I have entitled the blog post "Germ Theory Debunked", I am not for one second

suggesting, that by adhering to this theory, you will never get ill.

Someone becoming ill or diseased, is the result of that person being exposed to one

or all of the following:

  • Toxin
  • Poison
  • Stress
  • EMF's
  • Poor Diet
  • Chronic Sleeping Problems

Terrain Theory simply suggests, that to stay healthy, the best thing you can do is to maintain

your internal and external environment as clean, natural and wholesome as possible.

However, it does also go on to say, that if you are exposed to any of the above, a healthy,

strong immune system will resist and overcome illness and disease.

The History:

Come on, we all love a bit of history and a good story right? Well, this is no different, and, in

fact, I found this very interesting when I was doing my research.

I actually looked into the school curriculums on the matter, and was amazed at what is

actually being taught on the subject, and astonished by what is emitted from teachings

at schools, colleges and yes, even our much ballyhooed universities.

The story is completely one sided, biased and in some instances, downright lies.

It all started back in the mid to late 19th Century. Although there were many scientists

involved, the four main players in the discovery and resulting arguments about germ v

terrain theory were:

Germ Theory:

Louis Pasteur

Robert Koch

Terrain Theory:

Antoine Bechamp

Claude Bernard

So, its obvious to say that both camps had vastly different ideas as to how disease occurred

in the body, and out of these disagreements, two THEORYS were born.

Yes, BOTH are just THEORYS.

If that's true, then how do we get to the truth, or as close to it as possible?

This blog post challenges you to question your belief system about germs, open your mind

and most importantly of all, remove the fear.

We must therefore strip out the emotion, and purely look at the facts.

I believe virus/germ mania is a social disease and to defeat it would mean to conquer fear.

Fear is the most deadly contagious virus and is very efficiently spread by our governments,

big pharma & our totally unbiased, independent (cough) media!!

For many years, these scientists competed with each other, for both public and funding

support. You could actually argue that they were both neck and neck for years, until

something very significant happened!

That thing, was quite simply, The Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research (now known as

Rockefeller University). The institute was founded in 1901 by John D. Rockefeller, an

American business magnate, and philanthropist.

John D. Rockefeller established the Standard Oil Company, which became one of the largest

and most powerful companies in the world. However, concerns about unfair practices and

anticompetitive behaviour led to the US Supreme Court ruling that Standard Oil should be

broken up into smaller, independent companies.

He then started looking into philanthropy and began searching for medical research,

education, and public health initiatives to support. But why would he does this? This man

was a money making machine with a laser like focus on adding to his already significant

wealth.

So why medical research? Because he very quickly realised that there were enormous sums

of money to be made: but he had to back the right horse first, and he only had two choices.

When you compare Germ Theory & Terrain Theory, even someone as thick as a submarine

door can quickly work out which one will make you very rich, very quickly. There is little cash

to be made following a natural, holistic, homeopathic approach to keeping people fit, healthy

and curing any diseases that may pop up.

However, turn to Germ Theory and the possibilities are almost endless. This in turn, leaves

the whole process of medical research and developing medicines, pharmaceuticals and

especially vaccines open to malpractice, fraudulent behaviours and profiteering on an

enormous scale.

Of course, he chose Germ Theory, and why wouldn't he?

This resulted in a seismic shift in support of this theory, with tremendous efforts placed on

discrediting Terrain Theory at every turn. With the help of money and some very dubious

medical research indeed, it did not take long for the overwhelming majority of the scientific

and medical communities to support germ theory as the most valid explanation for infectious

diseases.

Big Pharma was born, and wow, did they go for it. From then on in, funding for medical

research, public health initiatives, and treatments has been primarily directed toward

approaches grounded in germ theory.

Today, Terrain Theory is classed as a "fringe theory" at best, and we are told, it lacks any rigorous

empirical evidence needed to establish its validity and effectiveness.

Germ Theory bad guys:

So lets go along with it for a while and look at who we are told the bad guys are. Please remember

to keep an open mind: brace yourself.

Viruses:

The word virus, in Latin, means poison or noxious substance.

Before we move on, lets look at a very interesting, and very true story.

A German biologist (Stefan Lanka) laid out a very clear and simple bet in 2011.

He posted a notice online saying he would reward anyone who submitted a scientific publication

proving the existence and size of the measles virus with €100,000.

In a nutshell, he states that no evidence exists of ANY live virus being proved. Yes, that includes

HIV, Smallpox and all the rest. However, to make it even easier, he decided to focus on what

should, on paper, be the easiest to prove and claim the £100,000: the measles virus!

Easy peasy eh?

Dr. David Bardens, a medical student, responded to Lanka’s measles virus challenge on Jan. 31, 2012.

He submitted six studies which, Bardens said, provided Lanka with proof that the measles virus exists,

and of its size. However, in a follow-up letter on March 6, Lanka said the studies did not meet his

threshold for proof and that he would not pay Bardens the prize money. Bardens then took Lanka

to court.

Initially, Mr Bardens won the case, however, Mr Lanka then appealed the decision and won.

It was deemed by the judges, that according to Koch's Postulates (we will cover these later), there is

no proof that the measles virus actually exists.

This bet has still, to this very day, not been claimed.

Koch's postulates were developed by Robert Koch in the late 19th century and have been foundational

in the field of microbiology for establishing the link between specific microorganisms

(viruses & bacteria, also called germs) and the diseases they cause.

As the postulates remain the gold standard concept in the field of microbiology and have been

influential in understanding infectious diseases, lets take a look at them 1 by 1.

There are only 4 by the way.

The microorganism must be present in every case of the disease but absent from healthy

individuals.

The microorganism should consistently be found in individuals suffering from the disease

but should not be present in healthy individuals.

The microorganism must be isolated from the diseased individual and grown in pure culture.

The isolated microorganism should be cultured outside of the host organism to study and

characterize it.

The cultured microorganism should cause disease when introduced into a healthy individual.

If the isolated microorganism is truly the cause of the disease, introducing it into a healthy

host should result in the development of the same disease.

The microorganism must be re-isolated from the experimentally infected individual.

After causing the disease in the experimental host, the microorganism should be isolated

again to confirm its presence and compare it with the originally identified microorganism.

So now we have the world wide, recognised criteria used to establish a causal relationship between

a microorganism (virus, bacteria i.e. Germs) and a disease.

These postulates are undisputed, and recognised as the standard point of reference for disease

recognition and control, by the World Health Organisation, its member states and their own

health services, governments and advisory groups/experts.

Now lets look at the facts and compare them against what Germ Theory says about the issue.

Viruses were initially found while bacteria were being investigated and researched. Scientists

such as Pasteur discovered even smaller microorganisms than bacteria and decided these

were to be known as viruses.

Germ Theory tells us Viruses are alive, and they work by attaching and entering host cells

within the body. They then replicate and transcribe their own genetic material before releasing

it to find other healthy host cells and replicate further.

This theory fails at the very first postulate! It doesn't matter which disease or virus you choose

to review, from HIV, to monkey pox to Small pox, there have been recorded instances of healthy

people carrying the related virus within their bodies and not becoming ill.

This was most recently demonstrated in spectacular fashion throughout the Covid 19 pandemic.

We also know, categorically, that viruses cannot live outside of living cells. Outside of living cells,

viruses do nothing, ever!

Viruses need metabolism from live cells because they cannot make their own, and metabolism

is the incessant chemistry of self maintenance, basically, an essential feature of life itself.

Viruses cannot do this, and any found outside of a living cell are inert. This fires a rather large

torpedo through the very heart of postulate number 2.

How can you possibly isolate and culture (metabolise and grow) a virus if it cannot survive

outside the living host cell it has apparently invaded?

There is currently a significant amount of effort being expended to promote and support the

view that viruses are living entities. This helps to underpin and justify the claims that viruses

are infectious agents, which can cause serious disease and death, and more importantly, can

be transmitted from human to human.

Oh, I forgot about the zoonotic ones too, those are the viruses which can be transmitted from

animals to humans. We wont go into that one right now, but I can assure you, that theory is

even easier to pull apart and dismantle.

If Viruses are inert outside a living cell, then how is it possible for them to actively attach

themselves to whatever particle is about to leave the body as a sneeze or cough, travel to

another body, enter that same body then again, actively insert its genetic material into another

host cell?

Believe it or not, the travelling of a live virus through the air has NEVER been observed!

Viruses have only ever been observed through an electron microscope, hence, any other

viral activity, like travelling through the air and even through the human body, is an assumption.

What about Spanish Flu?

This has to be my all time favourite example, and due to the amount of times it is used by the

Germ Theory believers, it must be theirs too. This has to be the event used most often by the

Germ Theorists to substantiate their virus transmission theory.

Spanish Flu is always portrayed as the viral infection, and the viral infection alone which was

responsible for the deaths of between 20 and 100 million people. The number varies widely,

depending on your research sources.

Other factors at the time, of which there were many, are never taken into consideration or even

remotely factored into the equation.

For example:

  • The effects of 4 years of world war
  • The poisonous gasses used
  • Introduction of sonar
  • Mass vaccination programs
  • Mental health of soldiers and the general population
  • Poor living and sanitary conditions
  • Poor diets due to food rationing

No bloody wonder people were sick, diseased and dying!!

Anyway, there were many experiments carried out, especially in the USA & UK, in a vain attempt

to prove transmission & contagion of this flu supposedly travelling with abandon across the

globe.

Two of my favourites, were carried out in the USA and involved a voluntary experiment with

10 paid soldiers, and mandatory one involving 100 prisoners of war.

Remember, the main aim was to prove transmission and contagion of Spanish Flu between

already ill and diseased men and people who were well with no symptoms.

Both experiments involved the following fun activities:

  • A well person spending time in close proximity with an ill person. This involved shaking hands,

hugging, and sitting talking within breathing range of each other (approx 45 mins to 1 hour).

  • Removing unfinished food from an ill persons bowl and feeding it to a well person.
  • Having an ill person cough, sneeze and breath heavily, directly into a well persons face.
  • Mucous secretions from the mouth and nose of ill people were then mixed and transferred to

a well person via spraying into their nasal and throat cavities.

  • Well people drinking mucous secretions of ill people.
  • Secretions from ill people being injected directly into the blood stream of a well person.

This was all recorded and documented, however, following these experiments, not one single

well person developed ANY symptoms of influenza. No one got ill, became diseased, got sick

or died, not one.

According to Germ Theory, this is not possible right?

Finally, in an attempt to prove live viruses exist, you will often be presented with the results of

a laboratory experiment where tissues have died after being exposed to a virus or bacteria.

You will be shown a picture of a horrible, worm like creature which caused the death of the

tissue and warned that if people or not vaccinated, it will wreak havoc and disease and kill

millions.

However, what they fail to tell you, is that the lab tissue has been bombarded with highly

reactive chemicals, heated up, cooled down, dyed and then poisoned all over again by any

number and variety of chemicals and concoctions.

Any living tissue would succumb following this torment, and the lab scenario is as far from

reality as you can possibly get. These experiments are not reflective of what actually happens

in the human body, and have three aims only:

  • To tell you there is now proof that a live virus exists.
  • Justify the requirement to create, distribute and possibly even mandate yet more medicine

            and vaccines.

  • Ensure people clamour for said medicine and vaccines through fear of a deadly, highly

            contagious virus.

BACTERIA:

Bacteria, unlike Viruses, are living organisms. However, like Viruses, they are also accused

of being pathogens, germs, which cause illness, disease and death.

It is estimated that the human body contains approximately 50 trillion cells, and roughly the

same number of bacteria. Bacteria also perform a number of vital functions which contribute

to the health, welfare and wellbeing of the human body.

They play a very important role in the digestive system: breaking down food, then releasing

nutrients for further use and absorption. It is therefore wrong to refer to bacteria as invaders

or pathogens.

Think about this for a moment:

Bacteria are classed as germs and the human body contains trillions of them, yet Germ Theory

clearly stipulates the body should be sterile and totally bacteria free. Work that one out, and if

you do, please explain it to me.

Bacteria are saprotrophic, which means they feed on and breakdown dead organisms and

tissue. They then release nutrients back into the body to be utilised by other organs, tissues

and cells. They break down waste products and are actually used in sewage treatment plants

for that exact same purpose.

Also, within the human body, bacteria are vital for the processing and cycles of Oxygen,

Nitrogen and Carbon.

Bacteria are natural decomposers, hence they will be found in or near dead or diseased tissue.

This does not mean they caused the death or disease in the first place!

That's like getting to the scene of a fire and blaming the poor firemen for starting it.

Human cells die each day, millions at a time, its called the cycle of life, and its natural. These

cells then need broken down and eliminated. But bacteria also attack and breakdown damaged

cells, however, the reason cells become damaged is due to exposure to toxins and poisons,

NOT the presence of bacteria.

Bacteria therefore play a vital role of eliminating damaged as well as dead cells, they are the

foundation of ALL life: how can they be pathogens?

During my research for this blog post I discovered many examples where Bacteria had been

blamed for the causation and worsening of a particular disease.

A fantastic example, and great Germ Theory buster, was Typhus.

Florence Nightingale is most widely known for her role during the Crimean War between Great

Britain and Russia. She was sent to the Barrack Hospital at Scutari, Turkey, where she cared for

thousands of sick and wounded British troops.

This hospital was rife with Typhus, along with many other maladies, including frost bite and

gangrene. It was estimated that ten times more soldiers were dying from these diseases than

they were from battlefield wounds.

On arriving at the hospital, she was informed that the diseases were spreading throughout

the hospital due to the transmission and contagion of the relevant bacteria. Once inside, she

quickly came to a very different conclusion as to the death rate within the wards.

She immediately ordered the flushing out of sewers, cleaning out overflowing latrines and

cesspits, and even removed a dead horse that was contaminating the drinking water. Then,

she requested that a very simple thing be done throughout the hospital.

She stated that the ward windows be opened, and remain open.

She basically completely changed the TERRAIN of the hospital. And with such changes, the

mortality rate dropped from 42.7 percent to 2.2 percent over a few months.

Life is incredibly complex and very interdependent. Bacteria are not germs which must be

killed, because clearly, what kills them, surely kills all life forms!!

SUMMARY:

Just so we are clear, I'm not a doctor and I'm not trying to give you medical advice, nor am I

suggesting you do not go to your GP if you feel the need to.

This blog post shares with you what I have learned during my research into the subject

of Germ & Terrain Theory, that's all.

I believe the great cause of sickness is simply disobedience to natural law i.e. the wrong

manner of living & exposure, intentional or unintentional to toxins and poisons contained

in our foods, water and even the air we breath.

Adopt healthy habits like exercise, sunlight and fresh air, natural, wholesome foods, clean

water, limiting exposure to toxins, poisons, herbicides/pesticides and man made trans fats.

Live like this and microbes are our friends, not enemies.

This will keep you healthy and your immune system strong, making your ability to prevent

and recover quickly and naturally from disease and illness.

The business of disease in the world today is huge, along with the financial and armament

industries, and the object is twofold: PROFIT & CONTROL!!

Germ theory has completely spun out of control, mainly due to the vested interests of big

pharma and their propensity for greed, profit and control.

Going through life focussing on Germ Theory leads people to live fearful and anxious, and

a view that they have no responsibility for their own health and medicine will fix them, as

and when they fall ill.

The big players of this world driving Germ Theory would have you fearing your fellow humans

and seeing them as threats and enemies.

People living by the Terrain Theory philosophy tend to be more at peace as they know that they

themselves are the key to their health. They bear responsibility for their own health and

wellbeing and are happy and content with that way of living.

They have little faith in putting pharmaceuticals into their bodies and instead, focus on being

happy, helping others and leading healthy, positive lives.

Thanks for reading and I hope you found it both interesting and useful.
